1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Codifya's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Codifya provides web development, software engineering, and consulting services.

Payment terms are outlined in individual project contracts. Standard terms include a 50% deposit before work begins.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the deliverables created specifically for them.
